Assessment
Assessment will take place throughout the training programme to allow trainees to continually gather evidence of learning and to provide the formative feedback essential to improving clinical practice. These assessments will inform judgements made about progress at the annual review of competency progression (ARCP). Decision aids are available to support ARCP panels in making these judgements. These can be found below.
WPBAs should be recorded in the trainee's Risr/advance ePortfolio and trainees may also use this system to record other evidence of their progress against the capabilities in practice (CiPs) described in the curriculum.
