We are approaching the venue capacity limit for the Admission Ceremony on 22 March 2024 and we will keep your submission on a waiting list should you wish to attend on 22 March 2024. We will contact you about your RSVP preference in due course. If you have been unable to secure a place at the first ceremony, you will be invited to the next available date.

Terms and conditions

I understand that the RCR operates on a first-come, first-served basis due to capacity limitations at the venue. If I am unable to secure a place at the first ceremony, I will be invited to the next available date. To receive confirmation of my place at the ceremony, I have to be an active member with no outstanding membership fees. If attending the ceremony, I understand I am expected to hire an academic gown for a subsidised fee of £20 ahead of the event.
